Exchanges
Our Exchange Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If the size doesn't fit quite right or you'd prefer a different style, our hassle-free exchange process makes it easy to get exactly what you need.
Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We understand that pets can be eager to try on their new clothes, but please ensure items remain in resalable condition.
How to Exchange
Initiating an exchange is simple:
- Contact our customer service team at contactinfo@miriampope.com with your order number
- Tell us what you'd like to exchange and your preferred replacement
- We'll send you a prepaid return label for the original item
- Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
Size Exchanges
Not sure about sizing? We offer free size exchanges on your first order. Use our size guide to measure your pet, and if the fit isn't perfect, we'll exchange it at no additional cost. We want your pet to look and feel their best.
Exchange Exceptions
Please note that personalized items, sale items marked as final sale, and items that show signs of wear cannot be exchanged. Seasonal items must be exchanged within the same season to ensure availability.
Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your new item has been shipped with tracking information.
