Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons such as holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible because we know your furry friends are excited to show off their new looks.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Distribution: 3-5 business days across Ireland and UK
• Express Distribution: 1-2 business days with tracking
• International Distribution: 5-10 business days to EU countries

Free Distribution Threshold

Enjoy complimentary distribution on all orders over €75. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of €5.99 applies for standard distribution within Ireland and the UK.
